Mandare HQ is a small German software studio. We work on the layer nobody demos: integrations, internal tooling, data flows. Where the product is reliability, the interesting decisions are all about failure.
Scope of work.
Narrow on purpose. If a project needs a brand, a campaign or a fifteen-person team, we are the wrong studio and will say so.

Systems that were never meant to talk to each other, made to — with retries, backoff, idempotency and a log you can actually read when it goes wrong at 3am.

The admin panel, the batch runner, the review queue. Built for the handful of people who use it forty times a day rather than the demo audience who see it once.

Reliability and maintenance
Monitoring that pages a human only when a human is needed, dependency hygiene, and the unglamorous upkeep that keeps a quiet system quiet.

Privacy
This is a static website with no cookies, no analytics, no tracking services and no pixels. It loads nothing from third-party servers — fonts, stylesheets and every other file are served from this domain. There is no profiling, and no data is passed to advertising networks.
Server logs
When you open the page, our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) processes the connection data technically required to deliver it — IP address, timestamp, file requested, bytes transferred — and to keep the service secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service). This data is not combined with anything else.
Getting in touch
There is deliberately no contact form here — you reach us by email or phone. If you write to us, we process what you send solely to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete it once it is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. An email to hello@mandarehq.com is enough.
